Canada Express Entry 2026: Complete CRS Score Guide and Draw Timeline

Express Entry is Canada's flagship immigration management system for skilled worker immigration. Launched in 2015, Express Entry manages applications for three federal economic immigration programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP).

Express Entry uses a points-based system called the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) to rank candidates in a pool. The highest-ranked candidates receive Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence through regular draws from the pool.
